Hello Contest Director!

A lot of your “paperwork” will be conducted online but there are two real paper forms that will help you run your contest.

You should have each competitor fill out a Contest Entry Form. This form collects the information you need to identify each person or team when you upload contest results. Download and print this form — there are two forms per page. (If you are an experience Contest Directory this for replaces the 2-sided form you’ve used before.)

To greatly reduce the risk of losing contest information you should record each flight result on Flight Cards. These cards collect the actual results that you will upload. Again, download and print enough to cover one for each person for each event, plus a few extra.
