Crazy Christmas Tree rocket from NARAM-52: almost 5 years on

It is amazing how time flies.  I can’t believe it has been nearly 5 years now since I witnessed this bit of harmless fun:

I’m not sure who built it or what it was powered by.  My favorite part was how it kind of made that sound we all know that happens when you klutizily almost knock over a Christmas tree when it landed!
