club_options_activities : Get launch site permission and insurance certificates, have contest for logo design and t-shirt design, set up website, recruit interested high school and middle school science geeks. Perform Launches of low power rockets, work with Oscoda schools kids initially to build and launch low power rockets. After basic skills and love of activity are developed, form a TARC team. Make club known and begin to recruit other schools regionally and nonschool enthusiasts that have not had a place to gather. Get the club started on low power and see if we can attract high power certified members to the launch site. Oscoda Wurtsmith Airport is a Spaceport candidate for horizontal launches, we begin to inspire youth and create a hub for rocket expertise.
