The NAR’s third virtual NARCON is just two weeks away! The fun runs January 27-29, 2023.
If you haven’t attended a vNARCON before, you’re missing out on a tremendously affordable opportunity to learn from experts across the many disciplines of rocketry. Registrants can attend ManuFacts and hear first-hand about the latest products from company representatives.
As of this moment, we have the following manufacturers signed up for ManuFacts:

A highlight of every vNARCON are the keynote speakers!
- On Friday afternoon, January 27, Kip Daugirdas will be giving a keynote presentation on his recent Project MESOS HPR flight to nearly 300,00 feet!
- And on Saturday night, January 28, our keynote will be delivered by none other than the Everyday Astronaut. That’s right, Tim Dodd will be speaking!
We have arranged for two tours:
- First tour is on Friday and will feature elements of the National Air and Space Museum, Udvar-Hazy hanger.
- Second tour is Sunday at the Kansas Cosmosphere!
Breakout presentations of Saturday will feature:
Joe Barnard- Landing a Model Rocket; John Coker- Building your L2 or L3 certification rocket; Guy Gelhausen- Scale Models and Thrust Vector Control; Nicole Sjoblom from Estes Industries- Estes Education and Modern Approaches to Teaching Rocketry, and Matt Steele and James Duffy- The 2023 FAI World Spacemodeling Championships come to the USA, to name a few.
There will be opportunities to participate in social gatherings with your fellow rocketeers throughout the weekend.
Members and the public should visit the vNARCON 2023 website to get tickets! Welcome to vNARCON 2023! Purchase of a ticket will admit you to ALL of three days including the keynote by Tim Dodd. Ticket holders will also have exclusive access for 90 days to ALL the recorded event content starting January 30.
The cost? Members 15 years old and under are FREE. Individuals 16 years of age and older are $25 and the Family fee (two or more family members) is $45 for the entire weekend. Go to Welcome to vNARCON 2023!
