When participants fill out the form they can specify in the notes section who they want to room with. Each individual will need to complete the form, this is very important for security/access.
The houses are roughly $150/night with taxes. They are 3 bedroom, 2 bath so can easily be split 3 ways to make it very affordable for participants. They are fully equipped and furnished so all you will need to bring is food. They do have grills as well.
